About Us

Meaning ‘to dance’ in Wadawurrung, Ngarrimili was established to inspire, accelerate and nurture entrepreneurial excellence amongst Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Victoria.

Ngarrimili operates to drive enduring and sustainable Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander economic development. By doing so, Ngarrimili acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have been successful in economic development for over 80,000 years, from trading, agricultural practices, ceremony and many others actions contributing to prosperity.

Cormach Evans

Cormach is the founder of Strong Brother Strong Sister and is passionate about achieving great outcomes for Aboriginal people. Cormach is running a successful business that works with Aboriginal young people at risk, creating excellent outcomes for over 850 young people since 2017.


Coco Eke

Coco is the General Manager of Bad Apples Music, an Aboriginal owned record label whose objective is to nurture Aboriginal excellence. Coco’s experience includes strategic roles within Aboriginal organisations, including in the Barunga Festival, Boonwurrung Foundation, Ilbijerri Theatre, The Long Walk Foundation.


Dr Shol Blustein

Shol is the cofounder of Impact Co., an innovative consulting agency delivering positive impact within the health, mental health, disability and social sectors. Since commencing his career as a banking and finance lawyer, Shol – driven by personal experience – has focused his career on delivering social impact.


Ming Low

Ming is an analytical and driven individual who is passionate about achieving a positive social impact in a sustainable manner. He has built a reputation as a leading thinker in the health, disability and mental health sectors, borne out of his extensive work supporting organisations to develop innovative strategies, build financially robust businesses and create sustainable NDIS services.
